What We Look For:
- Dependability — show up, be on time, do what you said you’d do
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Experience with heavy equipment, excavation, or site work is a plus — but we’ll train the right person
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Ability to work in all weather conditions — this is New England
